It's EOFY(end of financial year) and that means time for annual bonuses!

                                                                           Task1(Stacked Column Chart)

Q)The Store Operates in three regions and only the top-performing employee in each region qualifies for a bonus, find out which three employees are eligible to get bonuses for this year. Employees are measured on total sales($$)?  

Hint:-

Use Only Filters(Don't use Slicers).

---->It is not possible to showcase in a single visual, We can follow the below approach.

Solution1

---->If the Client is asking to showcase the top 3 performers in 3 regions at the same time then we need to take 3 charts and put them on one page like the one below.

----->For the above Visual page, we applied each visual filter separately like below.

----->Just we need to Change the Region in the above filter.

Solution2:-

---->If the Client is asking to showcase the top 3 performers' regions wise then we can use one visual and then we need top to apply the filter region-wise.

----->We can select regions like below.

East:-

Central:-

West:-

Note:-

------>If you apply the filter like Top 3 it will applicable total visual, It will take the top 3 performers from entire Regions.

----->In the above Visual, you can absorb one thing It will be taken the top 3 performers from the 2 regions bcz  3 top performers are there in 2 regions, In 3'rd region there are no best performers when compared to the other regions.

Q)Top 3 Performers Category Wise?

---->The Final visual like below

Step1

----->We need to take Legend as the Order_Date.

Step 2

----->We need to take Values as the Sum of sales.

Step 3

----->We need to take Details as the Customer Name

Step 4

----->We need to apply the filter for Top 3 Customer Name based on the sum of sales like below.

Step 5

------>As we required by Category wise for that we need to take the Product Category Column in the

 Filters Pane like below and select the Category which you want like Furniture, Technology ...

Note:-(Difference B/W normal column in the filter Existing Column in the Visul)

------>We need to absorb two Differences over here 

1)Once we add the column in the Filter Pane it will show (1),(2) options like below.

2)Once we add the Column name in the visual (Legend, Values, Details) that will give only (1) Option.

     Example: Customer name

------>The Final visual for all categories Top 3 Performers like below.
